WHAT IS YUU REWARDS CLUB?
yuu Rewards Club is Singapore’s leading coalition loyalty programme. yuu connects over 20 brands and 1,000 places for consumers to earn points and enjoy amazing offers and rewards.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE YUU ACCOUNT AND LINK WITH MY ADVOCADO ACCOUNT?
Download the yuu App from the Apple App Store , Google Play Store or Huawei AppGallery and follow the steps to register as a yuu Member.
Thereafter, click here to link your yuu ID to your Advocado account.
Note: Your yuu ID can be found by tapping on the yuu ID button at the bottom of the yuu App home screen.
HOW DO I EARN YUU POINTS?
To earn yuu Points from eligible transactions at participating merchants, you need to be a loyalty member of the merchant and a registered yuu Member with a valid yuu ID. You will also need to link your yuu Account to your Advocado account.
MY YUU POINTS SEEM TO BE MISSING. WHAT HAPPENED?
It may take up to 14 days for the yuu Points to be awarded in your yuu App. If your yuu Points seem to be missing, please contact yuuhelp@advocado.me
WHERE DO I CHECK MY YUU POINTS EARNED?
On the yuu App, go to “Me” > “Transactions”. It may take up to 14 days for the yuu Points to be awarded in your yuu App. The Points awarded may not be posted in chronological order.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY YUU POINTS IF MY TRANSACTION IS VOIDED OR REFUNDED?
The yuu Points relating to that transaction will be automatically deducted from your yuu Account after we have processed your voided or refunded transaction.
HOW MANY YUU POINTS WILL I EARN?
With your linked Advocado account - you’ll earn 6 yuu Points for every $1 you spend with Mobile Life.
