Pricing & Payment Policy

  • Our company provides transparency and clarity in all pricing and payment-related matters. 

  • We are committed to display discounted prices clearly in our marketing materials.

  • We clearly communicate the available payment methods and channels to facilitate seamless transactions. 

  • Our current payment methods include Nets, GrabPay, PayNow, Bank Transfer and Cash payment. We only accept payment in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

  • We are vigilant to avoid over or under-charging, striving for accuracy in all financial transactions and providing correct change when necessary. All the pricing and other charges are clearly stated in the receipts.

  • Our company collects deposits only when the need arises to purchase spare parts from third-party vendor for the mobile services. The deposit will be forfeited if the customer does not show up for the scheduled service as there is no cancellation. 

  • We engage 3rd party delivery partners for delivery of the products. Any delivery or shipping charges are explicitly stated to customers upfront and will be added in the receipt and informed to customer during enquiry.
